Pilvi combines business development with hands-on experience in recruitment, HR and people management, supporting both client development and search delivery at Annenberg Global.

Based in Finland, Pilvi works with Finnish companies that are entering, expanding or developing their business in the U.S. and other international markets.

Her background includes HR, recruitment, sales, customer experience and several years running a family business, giving her experience across both people management and commercial operations.

At Annenberg Global, Pilvi supports talent acquisition across executive search assignments, helping identify, research and engage candidates for commercial and leadership roles, particularly in the U.S.

She also leads business development activity in Finland, connecting with founders, CEOs and commercial leaders around market expansion, sales growth and leadership hiring needs.

Pilvi works closely with Annenberg Global partners across markets, supporting both client relationships and the delivery of executive search assignments.
